Costa Lambrias

I approached Costa looking for help with my 15 year olds anxiety and low self esteem following a bout of bullying at high school & unable to find help through the 'usual' channels, I started reading up on hypnotherapy. I chose Costa because out of all the ones I looked into, he stood out the best. It was the best life changing email I've ever sent. After 4 sessions with Costa, I have a confident happy daughter again, the change in her is truly miraculous & whilst I know it's her desire to be happy again that has helped, we were missing a very important link....Costa. He has helped this happen, team work helped it happen. I cannot begin to express my gratitude, I have no words.
