Steffan was such a professional, friendly and so knowledgeable in his field. This was my first sports massage and certainly won't be my last, my session went by so quickly and left feeling relaxed after having an issue with my shoulder and back for the last few weeks. The advice given was informative and when I am back in Wales I will be booking another session.

Had my first massage off Steff and immediately after felt my upper back pain had been alleviated. Steff is excellent at what he does and explains what he's doing as well as reasons behind the pain while he does it. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate, looking forward to my next one!

Having had three knee operations Steff is always insightful and tends to the needs on my leg and particular my knee. After the treatment I always feel much more mobile and the aches are less and less. Steffan is very knowledgeable and always wants to improve himself by taking courses to better himself.
