I’ve been having chiropractic adjustments with Hannah for a little under a year now. Before my first appointment I was in a lot of pain with my neck and lower back and had been for over a year. I took pain killers daily, tried physio exercises, yoga, dietary supplements, bought orthopaedic pillows and mattresses and just really tried anything suggested to help. I had 2 appointments per week initially and I am now having adjustments as and when I think I may need one. I am practically pain free! I have less restricted movement in my neck and I don’t remember the last time I took pain medication or even had a ‘bad day’ with my neck or back. I can’t thank Hannah enough for the help she’s given me. It’s changed my physical health and had a huge impact on my mental health too. I’ve recommended Plymouth Chiropractic Clinic to all of my friends and family. I wish I had thought of visiting a chiropractor sooner!

Jon has been taking care of my back, neck and feet for many years now.I see Jon every 4 weeks for maintenance and to sort out any new problems that may arise. I honestly think that if it weren't for my regular chiropractic care over the years, I would not be as mobile as I am now. Thanks Jon and thanks to the lovely admin staff too.

He is brilliant and has built a very good relationship up with my Son Ryan who now totally trusts him and will do all that he has been told to do by Wayne. Absolutely fantastic! I’ve been seeing Tom for over 5 years, he’s really helped me, and helped me through pregnancy. Even helped my daughter as a baby when she suffered with reflux, it helped hugely. A wonderful practice with wonderful staff throughout. Highly recommend:)

I Have been attending Plymouth Chiropractic Clinic for 6 years now and have relatives who have been coming longer!I have seen the same Chiropractor, Tom Swingewood since I started. Tom is great at what he does and on top of that, he is extremely down to earth and relatable. From the minute I am greeted at the door with a friendly smile, I am made to feel comfortable and know that I can always express any health concerns that I may have to Tom and he will always address them!I cannot express enough how friendly and approachable the team are, they really do run a efficient clinic and are always on time with appointments.I started suffering with back pain many years ago but after having my children it progressed. I’ve been to several Chiropractors at the clinic and all of them have cared for me with individual care and understanding. Regular treatments are a great support for me in my life and the adjustments are like a teaching in showing me how have good posture and intuitive openness.
