I ordered mixed kebab and this is what I got the meat tasted like sand and chips like cardboard never order here I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog

worse food ever. I have ordered peri peri wrap which turned out to be a tikka wrap. mixed grill was awful. chicken was dry, lamb chops was rawish and mostly fat. Will never order again.

Ordered some chicken wings for my daughter, it’s so hard. She cannot even have a bit. Smells bad and feels like it’s not fresh food.

Absolute disgraceful customer service. Have been using this shop for YEARS, tonight, sauces and drinks missing, recieced them 30 minutes later when food was cold. Refused to replace the food, and apparently no manager in. Delivery driver felt my food and said it was still slightly warm and edible.Absolute disgrace don't give them your money.

Absolutely disgusting support with the food I ordered. Phoned up to notify them they had forgot to add salad and garlic sauce on my food and said it was fine if they forgot. The lady on the phone started saying I was a “liar” and I had ‘never’ asked for anything on my food. She got really aggressive and passed the phone to the main cook who started shouting at me and saying some other words in a different language aggressively. Then they cut the call on me.It’s very upsetting after being a loyal customer they do this out of no where and show a lack of respect to their customersNever again

Refused to replace the food and refund, as the manager was very rude.Absolute disgrace never ever ordering again as all my food was cold especially chicken as it was raw!

I got the Lasani BBQpizza and I have to say it was the niceist , best value pizza I have had in years. Give the big brands a miss and head here for a fraction of the price
