Ordered takeaway, food never arrived. Tried calling the restaurant over 20 times over the course of 2 hours and they didn’t not answer the door home once. Emailed just eat for a refund and still not been reimbursed. Terrible customer service from this restaurant.

Scam :( never would leave a bad review but all these reviews below are true!Food hasn’t shown up and have had to order from somewhere else, no phone answered (which I so get when it’s busy) everyone has experienced similar thing. I just finished work and wanna eat boo :(

They only received 2⭐️ Because the food came on time and the Singapore rice was nice. Keep away from the ribs there is more fat than meat and the cuts are chunky. JustEat should check up on their suppliers the restaurant knows nothing about customer service. The guy who answers the phone hung up on me when I complained about the ribs. FUMING

We ordered food from Mr Chinese via Ubereats and it was terrible - lots of the order was missing. The aromatic duck didn’t come with pancakes or hoi sin sauce. The starter platter was inedible - the spare ribs looked revolting. Our bill was over £50 and we were looking forward to a really nice meal. We have tried to contact Ubereats about this but no reply. We then called Mr Chinese directly and they said we needed to complain to Ubereats and that maybe the delivery driver stole some of the food. Don’t get food from here.

Standard of food is shockingly bad. After trying the food I threw it all away. It tasted so bad, I’ve never had Chinese takeout this bad in my life. Not what you expect for something costing over £30 for 1 person!

Didn’t ever deliver my order. Didn’t answer the phone. Didn’t have tracking.*Okay it finally arrived after over an hour. Everything was so cold it wasn’t edible. Gyoza’s were basically frozen. I’m confident I could’ve made a better homage to Asia from the remnants in my cupboard.

The worst takeaway I have ever had by a long shot. I ordered from just eat where they clearly have fake reviews. The food is completely inedible I am not sure how someone could get it so wrong. Every dish not how ot should be. Meat that I am not convinced was legal meat.How this place is still running is beyond me.Avoid avoid for your our health & safety

SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.I ordered food through deliveroo while staying at a hotel and they lied claiming they'd delivered the food and 'handed it to me personally' per the deliveroo agent.

Absolutely AWFUL food. Just East reviews are completely misleading - should have checked Google before ordering.Food was pretty much inedible. Congealed sauces and poor quality meat.
