Found the car advertised on carguru. Rang and had a useful conversation with Shane asking loads of questions which he patiently answered. Came to see the car the next day. All good and I paid the advertised price as I thought it was a really good deal. Shane really helpful, even stepped in to offer 5 day drive away insurance at no extra cost when I had a problem transferring my current insurance. This was about as pleasant an experience in buying a used car that you can have. Highly recommended.

Was looking for this type of car and spoke to Archie who identified a new one coming in that would be perfect. It was. Deal done quickly, arrived into Bristol airport for collection, picked up by taxi. A quick check of the vehicle, paperwork done and on my way. Fantastic service. Following an extensive search for a particular make/mark of car, I have just purchased an excellent car from Britannia and for what I would consider to be a fair price, looking at the overall cost/part exchange balance. The process was conducted in exemplary fashion by Russell who was very helpful and who made a potentially challenging process very simple and stress-free. This company will definitely be my first port of call the next time I am looking for a replacement car. I would add that the quality of the cars is genuinely first class and you should consider reacting quickly to make the most of the opportunities they offer.

I picked up a low mileage 3 year old Octavia last week and have had a trouble free 500 miles of driving since. I knew which car I wanted and spotted the vehicle online at a very competitive price. Communication with Shane by phone and email was prompt, with no hard selling of extras. Confirmation of bank transfer of payment was received by email the same day it was sent.Shane collected me in the vehicle from Newport train station and I had a short test drive back to the showroom, confirming that I was happy with the car. Handover took about 15 minutes, then I was on my way.All in all a positive experience. Nice people to deal with and I would certainly use again. I would definitely recommend, both for walk-up and distance buying.
