The unit fitted by Mr Dove has worked very well. Mr Dove did a very good job on the installation, the pipe work and conduit. He fitted the outside unit and fitted the drainpipe into the down pipe to the main drain in very tidy fashion. All work was tidied away and you would not know that the work had been done that day. I can highly recommend Mr Dove in carrying out this work.

I couldn’t get my heat pump to switch on. I called Kernow Cooling. They were able talk me through some options on the phone. After a few tries the power came back on back on and the heating started up. I have been told to call back if I have any problems. Thank you for your help.
