Medium size family run business. High standards and quality

After care is pathetic. Sadly, this is the contractor our developer chose. We've been trying to sort out our issue (noise when we run the kitchen tap) for almost a year and all they do is replace the tap. We had it replaced 3 times and the issue is not fixed. It's gotten worse and we're at a point where neighbours complain about it and it's nearly impossible to run the tap without hearing this screeching noise. No matter how many times we said the tap doesn't need to be replaced because it's been replaced before, they refuse to hear it and they refuse to acknowledge it. Trying to talk to a manager is irrelevant because all he does is defend his company and employees but at the end of the day we live with this noise and what we want to hear is 'we are sending an engineer, we will get this sorted, we will not stop until it is sorted'. I have started getting recordings of the noise as this will be useful to support our case. I hope this review won't be deleted because I can post it again and again and again.

Shame the aftercare service hasn’t been delivered by the firm. Have asked for a quote several times and called with no response for a service required on a product they fitted
