Superclean Express

I used these guys for a good few years but in recent times communication was lacking and I went elsewhere. I left three voicemails over a month and never got any reply until a couple of weeks later I received a text saying they'll do my windows. I cancelled as I'd gone elsewhere and they did not even ring me to discuss.Looking back when they did come and do the job I was impressed with the work carried out. I'm perhaps the unlucky customer that fell by the way side due to bigger customers.

I have had a lot of cleaning companies over the years and no one has come close to how good the clean was on my end of tenancy. Jacky and her team were very efficient and the place is left sparkling. I would like to say a big Thankyou to Bea for going the extra mile.

Wonderful service from this company. I had gutters cleared out, cleaned, soffits and fascias cleaned and 5 upstairs windows and frames and sills cleaned. Very polite staff (on the phone and Josh who did the work) Quick response. Turned up when they said. Did the job there and then as I was happy with the quote. Very tidy work. I was very very happy with the whole job/experience. Definitely a recommended company.

I have had this company to clean everything from windows, guttering, upholstery etc. Friendly and helpful and always a job well done. Special mention for Kevin and Josh.

Disappointingly my windows were left watermarked and far from sparkling clean on the outsides of my windows under the brush and special water system this company uses. When I rang up to say this politely, as the staff who attended were friendly and did their best and the insides were fine, the owner of this company was not prepared to listen and deal with me, a customer in a positive way, he wasn't prepared to even listen and put the phone down on me... not a very polite customer/provider relationship sadly. I would not have complained but the results, see photo, can't be denied. My neighbour with different windows sadly had a poor finish too. There are other companies out there...

The usual excellent service from the friendly folks at Superclean Express. Last week the windows and gutters, this week Josh did a full deck clean. Done just right, thank you.

This cleaning service was recommended but we would not recommend. The 'cleaning' was poor, bins not emptied, facilities not cleaned. After complaining on a number of occasions we had to terminate their services. On receiving the rather steep invoice we submitted to accounts dept for payment (which can take a couple of weeks due to fortnightly payments), our keys have been held to ransom until this company receive payment. The proprietor has been hostile, unprofessional and rude.
