I have been going here for nearly two years now - I got recommended from my friend, he and his company also used Paul Vincent for many years.They are very good at diagnosing and then fixing the problems on my high milage focus.They always answer the phone and call me with any updates. The prices are very reasonable too.

This is the worst garage I have ever used, Paul is rude & not very knowledgeable. Our car was booked in over a week in advance, he has now had it for 5 days & is still saying I will look at it today as he's apparently been busy! He doesn't listen to advise on when the fault occurres & does a completely diffent drive, then saying I can't get the fault to occur. Completely useless & substandard supposed mechanic.

I can't praise this garage enough, the clutch on the wife's car was starting to go and even though I hadn't booked in Paul diagnosed and repaired it within 24 hrs. A first class service.
