Domino's Pizza - Stoke-on-Trent - Tunstall

I have used this store since they opened, I have the same order cheese and tomato with a dominator base now known as double decadence. I have over the years complained when there has been no sauce in the base never have I asked for a free pizza". Tonight again no sauce inbetween the base. I called to explain there was no sauce in the base they told me to bring them back to be remade so we brought them back. Once there one manager said I would be annoyed if that was what I got then another manager stated that I only complain to get free pizzas. If that was the case why would I bring the original pizzas back and again I have NEVER asked for a free pizza I have just asked for the correct pizza. The photos are of the original pizza. My disappointment is that most times the sauce between the basis literally oozes out and sometimes its not there

We normally love ordering from dominos but this time it's been a complete let down!! It took well over a hour for it to be delivered even though on the tracker it showed delivered! The food was cold by the time it arrived, also no garlic bread and after eight cookies given instead of normal ones. Driver was polite and said he needed to go back for the garlic bread, I rang the shop when I realised the error with the cookies to be told they have no normal ones, maybe not have the offer on then for false advertisement eh because the only place the after eight ones are going are in the bin. What a waste of £24!!!!

Do not use ordered twice no pizza after hours of waiting deny order even though we have proof do not respond to calls, block phobe numbers request proof of orerds send as requested by email still no response £45 down will never use again thieves

Ordered on two separate occasions and each time they got the order wrong. Toppings missing or different topping to what was orders ( eg: asked for BBQ sauce and got burger sauce, asked for chicken and ham and just got ham, etc) won’t be using again.

I love dominoes but this branch is awful.Delivery was late and it took repeated calls for 30 minutes to speak to anyone, while the tracker showed my pizza as delivered which is shifty!As above delivery was late, the driver was polite and seemed apologetic so no qualms with them. The order was wrong. Food look warm at best.Just gross, feel a bit sick.Won’t use this branch again.

I recently had a METEOR from this DOMINO'S....On the App & instore display it stated that the pizza was ready for collection, no it wasn't, 5 minutes later it still wasn't ready, after 13 minutes of waiting it was ready to collect.The pizza was dry, burnt underneath around the edges and the store wouldn't / won't give a refund.AVOID THIS DOMINO'S....

Only ordered 3 margarita pizzas for my kid nephews. Was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. Took over an hour and a half and by the time the pizzas arrived they were stale and practically inedible. Was also passed the kids bedtimes by the time the food arrived. Driver was completely unapologetic and was blasting music in her car when she arrived. Awful.

Brilliant. Ordered 10 pizzas and they were ready really quickly. The tracking was accurate. Staff were great, and let us know that they were packing our order up when we arrived. We ordered normal, gluten free and vegan pizzas - all of which had lots of toppings and good flavours. Used the deals on the website, but still quite expensive.

I don’t get the manager of this shop he thinks that everybody who’s complaining about the food thinks that they are looking for free food, I wasn’t happy why I had 11 drumettes and only 3 wings and it really makes you upset and you try tell this guy he’s getting upset instead like he’s customer fault and threatening you like im going to put note in the system for you to not deliver in your address anymore , I really don’t like the way he treats customers and he should not be doing management job very unprofessional and rude,

Excellent pizza's, friendly staff , orders turned around quickly . They are a bit pricey though .
