Fix Auto Cheltenham

Referred to Fix Auto by Admiral Insurance after my car was rear-ended, and couldn't be happier with the service! They collected my car from home and provided a clean and modern courtesy car. Mark and Lee were helpful and friendly throughout, and within a week my car was back home and looking great.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the care and attention from the team here. They themselves were massively let down by the insurance companies and partners that were involved in the process but they were polite helpful and to the letter detailed throughout. Thanks very much. Ben.

Absolutely shocking company they have had my vehicle for two week under repair once I receive it back they have completely not bothered to fix the bonnet a huge dent is left and a nasty crease also they didn’t even both to aligne the bonnet properly so the fitment is terrible do not ever use this service it is a pathetic attempt of a repair

Had my van sent here through an insurance claim. I had body work done, which I was really pleased with the work they done. However when I drove my van off the braking system on van wasn’t working properly and wasn’t driving like it did before I gave them the van to fix. The mechanic wouldn’t take any responsibility and was basically calling me a liar. I know what my van was driving like before and I wasn’t lying. He was throwing every excuseUnder the sun. I just left in the end after returning to confront them with the problem. Wasn’t happy :(

Car returned with thick dust all over interior.Plus parcel shelf missing.I have phoned and complained but still awaiting a return call, 8 hours later.Not a happy bunny.

Unfortunately after a repair to my bumper through my insurance my car was returned with a slow puncture and the mechanism to recline the roof of the car has been wired incorrectly and is no longer safe to use. The manager won’t take responsibility and I’m now in dispute over it. It’s all about the money it seems, and having been paid top whack by my insurance it’s unacceptable to be in dispute over problems that the garage have caused to my car. I get the feeling that the manager is at fault here, the staff have been ok, but the manager is not being honest. Get your car fixed somewhere else!

Booked it in for my mot, the communication from the staff was top notch, when their was an issue which I was already aware of they contacted me quickly explained how much it would be and the time frame, so I could plan my day. The work was completed in quickly and detailed manner and I had my car back by the end of the day, highly recommended for anyone and will be using them going forward.

I had a new bumper fitted and repainted and when they finished the job my car was returned to me in absolutely pristine condition and fully valeted the quality of the repair was second to none and I will certainly recommend FixAuto Cheltenham to any of my friends who need any work done on their vehicles.A Mckenzie Carterton.

Extremely Poor Communication!!Car was booked in via my Insurance company after an accident, initially contact was made via Fix Auto’s head office and was told that their Cheltenham branch would look after my repair and would be in touch to discuss.After no contact and two weeks had passed I rang several times eventually getting hold of them only to be told that they were extremely busy and to send pictures of the repair required and again someone would be in touch.Took comprehensive pics and sent them over, again heard nothing. After chasing them again I was told that they would need to see the car, not sure why this wasn’t the case in the first instance, I can only assume to waste more time. Had to drive my damaged car for an assessment and on face value seemed like nice people was told once again I’d hear from them. Another week passed and on sending an email asking for updates i was told they cannot do the repair as the car is classed as prestige.Either they never wanted the job or didn’t feel they could do it to the standard required. Left very disappointed and have wasted 5 weeks in the process of getting my car repaired and have had to start all aging with another company.Would not recommend if your insurance company tells you to use a Fix Auto repair shop.
