A big thankyou to Anne Daniels. My daughter was buying her first property. Purchase money in place, no chain ,what could go wrong? After four months with the solicitors blaming the other for the delays, Anne was asked to deal with the Lease extension as the solicitors were not addressing this issue. This was despite the fact it had been raised from the outset. It was clear when speaking with Anne, that this was someone who knew their subject as she advised with clarity and precision . She calmly took control of the situation and was always ahead of the curve. She even collected documents from the offices of the sellers solicitors to move things on., as they seemed unable to do so.
