We're delighted with our new windows. There was excellent communication throughout the process and a week after installation we are really seeing the benefits in terms of noise reduction from the busy street we live on.

Recently had our front door replaced. From initial enquiry, fitting and aftercare I could not be happier. The team kept me up to date through out the process and answered any questions I had. The fitting team were extremely professional, polite and didn't mind answering multiple questions directed their way by my two small children.I would highly recommend Premier Windows to everyone.

Brilliant from start to finish. Started with a chance knock on the door and completed within a matter of weeks. Sales team were brilliant and worked hard to offer a good deal, communication was great in terms of arranging everything and the lads who fitted the windows were spot on. If I was to think of a fault it would be the lads fitting singing left a bit to be desired. Definitely looking to use again for a new porch when finances allow.

I had a conservatory installed by this company this week.I have dealt with several company during my career as a building supervisor and this company are one of the best around. Survey arrived on the day, I was giving the choice of what I required. The work was completed on time and there work force were extremely skilful. I would use this company again

I booked this team to change a window to a patio door in my living room.I could say they were messy, unprofessional, noisy, substandard…. But a lot of that would be a big fat lie!!!!Jason and Lee from the premier team arrived promptly at 930am this morning, introduced themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Put their dust sheets out and cracked on.The old window they had out in quick time. Then came the messy, dusty work… the removal of the bottom part of the wall to fit in the new door. Yes this work is noisy and dusty but it comes part and parcel with the job (so no complaints off me or my family).They fitted the new door into the new cavity. They ensured at every stage that the door was level and central.I am very happy with the level of workmanship of Jason and Lee, and of course everyone else at the Premier team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have work done, call this team, you will not regret it. I can assure you that when I need more work done in the future I will be contacting Premier for all my fitting needs.

We chose Premier Windows Oswestry (not to be confused with other Premier Window companies) due to the honesty of Greg from the sales division and the personability and responsiveness of everyone we spoke to before placing the order. Whilst there was a problem with the order from the manufacturer as we wanted two-tone wood grain profiles, which are very customised and always have an 8-week wait time, Ben dealt with the problem exceptionally well and ensured we were not waiting long for the correct order to arrive. You can sometimes only truly measure excellent service by the way companies deal with problems and the solutions they provide.We have been exceptionally pleased with the entire process, staff and products. You are dealing with a family business that cares about your order and its reputation so that you can be assured of excellent service. Most people have been with the company for over twenty years, a testament to how Premier Windows operates its business and treats its staff.I would recommend Premier Windows Oswestry to friends and will use them again for future work.

We've had all our large windows replaced by Premier, half in December 21 and the rest in March this year. We're in Aberfan, and they were happy to come to us! They are incredibly genuine and friendly, they talked us through our options and helped us decide what we wanted. Their service is excellent, the guys were efficient and made sure everything was tidied up and clean before they left. Their prices are really reasonable, and they even replaced our old back door handle for free because they noticed it was broken! We will definitely go to them again when we need our doors replaced. The 10 year guarantee gives nice peace of mind too. Thanks!

They swopped my double garage door for windows. Perfect finish, good clean and friendly fitters, obviously a great surveyor and no pressure salesman. I cannot recommend highly enough.
