I'm writing this review from a nice and warm house, something we haven't had for a couple of weeks.I visited the Gas Appliance Showroom as our existing boiler kept going into fault and the flue had started to disintegrate just as the weather had turned very cold. Grant came out the same day to survey a replacement boiler, new flue installation (4M) and a replacement hot water cylinder. The quotation and technical details where returned the next day. An installation slot was agreed, the engineers turned up exactly on time and were very professional from start to finish.We are extremely grateful to the service provided by everyone at the Gas Appliance Showroom and for managing to slot us in during their busy period leading up to Christmas.I would highly recommend the Gas Appliance Showroom to anybody that needs a new boiler installed.

We very pleased with the service provided by the two engineers who visited our property. They were very polite and efficient. Not only did they carry out the job of fitting a new pump, they diagnosed a further problem which they rectified straight away, even though it meant exceeding their allotted time.

As on all previous annual servicing visits, now spanning 7 years, I received prompt professional support from Gas Appliance Showroom Ltd. All the more appreciated this year since, at very short notice, I needed to bring the service date forward by one week. Staff response to this request was immediately responsive with clear friendly communication proving very helpful. On site servicing was again first class. I am very pleased to continue my custom with this Malvern based company.

The engineer was punctual, polite and professional. We cannot judge the efficiency of his work as we had expected the radiators to be uniformly hot when left. He said we would have to wait to see whether the Sentinel 100 had an effect on them.We hope it will!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Arrived on time and tidy and very professional. GAS are not the cheapest but I have never had any problems with them so they are well worth it.

I am very happy to write a review for the Gas Appliance Showroom. The engineer arrived on time, was very courteous and did a good job. I had a query about whether the pilot light should be on continuously and the lady in the showroom was very helpful and arranged for the engineer to call and show me how to switch it off unless being used which would of course save gas particularly over the whole year. The team couldn't have done a better job, the service was 5 star.

Grant came to look T our boiler as we were losing pressure. He diagnosed the likely fault and recommended that we contact the manufacturer as they would likely do a fixed cost repair. I did that and they came out and fixed it. Many thanks Grant, who is a credit to GAS.

GAS have done an amazing job on our central heating refit. The engineers were tidy and precise, and result is magnificent. We couldn’t be happier - thoroughly recommend.
