The staff are amazing, just needs a bit of make over.

I highly recommend this home..it has a warm friendly home from home atmosphere. And the staff are kind considerate and very professional. One of the best by far !

My mum has been a resident here for about two years now. Naturally, there were a few ups and downs as my mum adjusted, but I have to say, the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond what is required of them and have dealt with the Covid 19 pandemic brilliantly. To my knowledge, there have been no occurrences of it within the home. Talking to the staff, they have all taken extra care to ensure that nobody catches it. It's always nice to see photos of what my mum has been up to and Faye, the activities worker, is a star! Putting a loved one into care is always traumatic for all involved, but our mum is settled and we know she's well looked after.

I highly recommend priory Grange. It's a home from home and one big family. The staff are dedicated to their jobs and residence are treat with the upmost respect. Plenty of activities going on for the residence and staff always there for a chat.

The staff are very caring and attentive. The home is lovely and clean, and meals are lovely. My mum although not there for a long period of time loved the staff. It’s very homely and plenty of activities for the residents.

Had to choose one star to leave a review but I wouldn't even leave one star! My grandad was placed into this care home with early stages of vascular dementia at the age of 74 all his life he was a fit healthy man. Full of life loved his family loved his food very talkative strived for his hard work but within 3 months of been in this home he went down hill he lost all his dignity didn't talk to us anymore never once was he brought out of his room to mix with other residents but then again no residents was ever seen in the lounges they ate all means in there own rooms. My grandad was forever wetting/messing him self he turned very depressed and would cry every time we visited but no longer spoke to us. In and out of hospital with severe dehydration and grade 2 pressure sores!! After his last admission from the doctor telling us to reconsider care homes we decided to take him to Emmanuel which was perfect the staff were fantastic made us all so welcome but sadly it was to late he had already given up and passed away 6 weeks later. I strongly believe my grandad would still be here if he was cared for properly by the staff/management at priory grange.
