Full Heart Yoga

Iv been blessed enough to have known Terri for many years.She introduced me to yoga..I was unsure as I'm not stunningly slim and flexible and suffer from fibromyalgia and lower back issues but Terri made me feel comfortable from the start.llistens to your wants and wishes and happily works at your speed and building you up. I highly recommend Full Heart Yoga .

I love this class.Terri is a dream yoga teacher. She is so patient and calming . The hour spent at her yoga class you totally switch off from the noise of the world.I highly recommend Full Heart Yoga and can't wait for my next session.

Absolutely love Terri’s yoga sessions. She is a wonderful teacher. I have practised yoga for years but now only thanks to Terri am doing the positions correctly and feel the benefits. There is no pressure or competitiveness as Terri makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
