Gerry and the his crew did a fantastic job with a complete bathroom overall. They are very competent and the job including ripping out the old one and typing the floors and walls, some plastering, installing bath, shower sink and toilet as well as a couple of radiators. Very professional and can offer great advice that comes from experience. Highly recommend.

Complete bathroom remodelled including the fitting of a new shower. Initially all work seemed OK until shower faulted and fuse literally burnt through box.Called out an electrician who said that the fuse for the cabling for the shower not correct and unsafe. Fuse fitted was 40A and needed to be 50A for the shower. Gerry initially said he would fix issue but then completely ignored calls and emails.Left out of pocket having to pay someone else to completely redo cabling and fuseWould not recommend them to anybody!

They didn't show up on the agreed day of work and haven't responded to calls/texts since, delaying the other work I have to do while I find someone else to do this. Wouldn't recommend them.

Got a total bathroom refurb from CHS, every aspect of the work was top quality! They sorted the plumbing, tiling and electrical work. Friendly, reliable and very skilled bunch of guys who respected the property throughout the refurb and left the house tidy each day. Good communication throughout and transparency with price. Will use again for my kitchen refurb later in the year. Fully recommend

Absolutely terrible. Was charged £40 for them to come out to quote work, eyeballed the bathroom and didn’t take a single measurement, left about 5 minutes later. Despite numerous chasers I never received a thing. Held up my plans for the project and £40 lighter as a result.

Didn’t show up on the day as agreed, despite confirming 24 hours before. No response to texts or calls. Wasted a day sitting in waiting for them. Why did they bother coming out to do a quote if they weren’t going to take the work?
