Applying for a passport.There was a queue however friendly Miss Basia handled the situation well. My application was easy but I've heard how she helped another person who needed the passport in few weeks.

Trying to get an appointment just to apply for a passport is a farse. The system simply does not work, and reading the reviews below this has been the case for years.In other words, the consulate is clearly aware of the situation. (I have personally sent several emails about it in recent days.) Therefore one can only conclude that maintaining this ineffectual system is deliberate.This is sad.

Fantastic service there . Really helpful staff. Really nice and polite Lady at the desk. Sorry we didn't get her name . We had to quickly organise passport for my son and Consul Ilona booked appointment within a week for us. We live in London area and Embassy there isn't supportive at all. In Edinburgh They tried their best to support and help Polish Citizens. Thank you!

Getting passport appointment through web page was easy.At the site -excelent, fast service. Lady at counter was very helpful and extremly nice.

Absolutely amazed with the service of Justyna and Teresa who were very helpful with going through a paperwork for transferring ashes to Poland. They made it as easy and fast as possible and they were communicating me on each step of the arrangements. I am forever grateful for the help I received

Disappointed after visiting, waited in long q, never been served because after about 1h waiting I left, simply to not be late elsewhere. Had a feeling that Staff working in was little disorganised, although I heard good opinions about efficiency of their work each time beside once in 13years I was disappointed after visiting.
