Becca was recommended to me by a friend in 2021 when I was in a dark place, suffering with anxiety and panic attacks and in need of help to get me back to the confident person I once was. Initially I went to her for reflexology to help me relax but then decided I needed further help so I thought I would give homeopathy a go, not knowing anything about it. Becca is very knowledgeable in both areas and her years of experience comes through with the way she works, whether that is reflexology or homeopathy.When I have reflexology, she ensures that I feel safe and intuitively seems to know which are the best aromatherapy oils that will help me at that time, whether that is upliftment or relaxation. During the session I find that I relax fully, and I even get to take the left over cream home to continue to use on my feet!When I have a homeopathy consultation, Becca has a very professional but caring approach that I feel safe enough to open up and explore what I want to work on. Regular consultations have allowed me to adjust the homeopathy remedies as what I need has changed as I have improved over the last two years.The best part has been using homeopathy for the menopause because I did not want to go on HRT. This is something that Becca is passionate about and specialises in and she has a good understanding of, which has allowed me to try an alternative approach which I am happy about.I can't thank Becca enough for how much her support with both reflexology and homeopathy has helped me back to full health over the last two years.
