I called two weeks ago to check how long it would take to get a dress taken up a couple of inches and was told two days.I left a bridesmaid dress in last Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready today. I called this morning at 9.47am and a woman answered the phone and said she didn't know if the dress was ready, call back in 20 minutes. I called at 10.10, 10.15 and 10.22 and there was no answer. My dad went to pick it up at 11.45 and was told it wasn't ready, and when my dad said that he was busy and couldn't come back in two hours he was spoken to extremely rudely and given the dress back. The wedding is in two days now and I am left with a dress just as long as a week ago when I left it there after being told two days. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Left a pair of jeans to be repaired, pretty standard stuff. Appalling repair job, had to bring to 2 other alteration shops as one place said the job was so bad they couldn't repair! Cost me twice what I paid originally. Also had to go back twice as were not ready for original collection day. Would never use again!

Lovely people but terrible service. I was told to come back in 1 week for a coat alteration, arrived and it hadn't been touched (not a big deal, these things happen). Was told to come back the following day, when I did the coat had been changed in ways I did not ask, with other alterations completed that at no point were discussed. I was told to come back the following day so they would have time to fix things. I came back several days later, it was fixed alright but they tried to charge me extra for the jobs they did that I didn't want nor asked for. Really poor experience all round, avoid this place if you want any consistency or reliability.

I could have had monkeys do a better job.. I left a knitted jumper in with the wool pulled from the collar.. they went over it with thread.. it was the exact same as it was when I left it in.. still jagged and uneven with noticeable black thread going through the wool.. all I could do was laugh when I left it was so unprofessional and such a poor job that it was funny they could feel right about charging for it..

Dropped curtains in for some alterations and am very happy with them. The team are very quick and gave us a great deal - will be using them in the future!
