Facilities good, gym staff and also reception staff friendly, some of the reception staff lost my phone lost property form and later was a hassle getting phone back but people's knowledge of tech is varied.

Almost perfect place I would say. You can do many activities here with or without trainers, including swimming, and climbing. There is a restaurant/cafe inside that serves decent food. Depending on which of the three types of memberships you subscribe, you have partial/full access to all activities at any day and time. Here, I would have loved a wellness center/spa if there was one.

A Great range of activities, that vary frommassive sports halls, an Olympic swimming pool with a floor that moves, and a really good gym. There’s a good cafe too, but it’s quite expensive, bottle drinks that are about a £1 more expensive than shops seems a bit of a rip off to me.

I joined a few months ago its not a bad gym/sports centre. Its starting to show its age though, the staff are freindly and very helpfull, never had problems with that, pool is great with it having two parts to it being a long distance swimmer i can swim without kids/old people getting in the way, but not being able to use my foam fins is a pain in my training and as ive got nerve damage due to spinal ops ive got to use my floation shorts or a leg pull bouy. The water qaulity seems very good and its a good temp for long distance swimming. I use the gym and its a well equipped for every body n levels, but now the students are coming back its starting to get super busy so im going to cancel my memebership as its getting a pain with so many people about, but i think its great for them few months when the schools are off in the summer months, so its back to my old centre, but i will be back next summer hols to enjoy this over my centre in dereham who seem to think it great to make every day a kids in the pool day in the summer hols.

This is a good swimming pool but sadly the changing rooms let it down. I've never seen anyone cleaning the floors, the lockers are dirty, if you're a Dad taking your young daughters to the pool the private cubicles are unlit, the toilets are dirty and the showers cubicles are either damaged or without curtains also the shower nozzles are not very free flowing, they've probably never been descaled. It's a shame as the Sportpark, because of its association with UEA, should be a Norwich/Norfolk flagship. Please put some money into this tired, worn down area of the Sportspark.

Wonderful facility at UEA and open to the public. Super for pre school children to be able to play in the gymnasium
