Communication is a big issue at JCB power systems very unorganised and the management is horrendous especially the logistics supervisor who tends to listen to hearsay instead of observing any situation for himself there are a few other underlying issues with JCB’s management and the contractors back handed deals for agancy staff. The fact that my agency keeps asking me to remove this means that everyone got the message. :)

Power systems is exactly the same as all the other JCB’s. Hurrendous!Toilet facility is a poxy little dirty porta toilet in the yard towards the office door, without water or any facilities to wash your hands very un hygienic.You have to go in to the office to sign in for delivery upon arrival which is pointless as you just get told to park under the canopy anyway.The guy behind the desk barely acknowledges you as he’s too busy watching videos on YouTube to warrant doing any work.Delivery is available from 7am in the morning although don’t expect to start being unloaded until at least 8am.JCB is supposed to be one of the more favourable of companies but the whole company is a JOKE

Very unfriendly and 'not cool' reaction to some friendly auditors I saw on YT. Maybe learn to apply respect and kindness when dealing with lawful behavior from the public or leave it to security all together, who *were* as professional as the office staff let them be.

Pedantic gatekeeper. Friday afternoon. One small box. Important apparently. Said they were shut...! I couldn't go in. So I rang the bloke who wanted it and he had to walk out and get it... Not a good front for a huge business. Power mad goon.
