The food was very fair. I had the bbq chicken. I feel like the flavor was light. The fries were yummy. It cost almost 4 pounds for a diet coke...the food was a fair price. The atmosphere was lovely. The service was on the slow side, but the waitress was nice. It is better to order your drinks at the bar as it is faster. This was all on a Friday night too. They had outdoor seating that looked lovely. The dogs seemed to like it and there are treats for them as well.

My 1st visit. Lovely food, great service and friendly staff. Really enjoyed their steak pie, followed by hot chocolate pudding with salted caramel ice cream, which was really lush.

Best steak pie that we’ve had in years! Fish cakes are also good.Staff are lovely (Harry was excellent). Homely atmosphere, very clean and charming decor. Also beautiful garden and reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming back, especially in the summer when the weather is nice!

Our annual family Christmas get together. A slight issue with one order dealt with with speed, professionalism and respect made me give the service 5 stars. I could not fault it. Food - big portions and most importantly they were delicious

We went to warm up and get some food after doing our horses at the local stables. Unfortunately the pub was really cold and even the staff were walking around with coats on. The hot chocolate was yuk tasted gritty but the food was lovely we had BLT toasties and chatted a sticky toffee pudding which was amazing!

I brought my mum in who has Alzheimers and limited mobility and Liam, one of the managers, couldn't have been more helpful! So friendly and welcoming. Even my mum said how good he was.Food was great and Kai behind the bar was friendly and gave great service too.Highly recommended this venue

Had an evening meal. Two very rare steaks. The chef had them out of the fridge to ambient temperature, then chargrilled. Fabulous. One had tarragon butter, the other had rosemary butter. The serving staff were very knowledgeable. Great experience.

We went late afternoon, place was clean and tidy. Food was amazing but service wasn't great.The girl behind the bar was clearly being forced to be there. No was her favourite word.But they do have a dog ice cream machine.

I visited this pub around 10 years ago. I expect better experience thank last time but there are still some issue I can rise.Food overpriced in my opinion and taste wasn't special compare to Wetherspoon. We had Sunday toast and cheeseburger. Staff friendly but service isn't good enough. We been sat at table with no cutlery so we need to take then from other table with spices. Nice interior. Big car park and beer garden. Play area is also advantage for people with kids
