I have been coming to this place for at least 3 years. In this time while moving house trying to find a better nail place maybe closer to home,friendlier prices,but i just keep returning,as they are absolutely the best in my experience. The quality of the products and the attention to detail is everything for me. Love love love this place ❤️

Pre Covid this was my nail salon of choice. What’s happened? Why have prices increased to such a laughable amount?! £40 for a gel manicure now I used to pay £30 including tip. It’s hardly luxurious surroundings either all packed into this tiny place. But I liked the prices and the staff. I never pay more than £30 for a gel manicure anywhere in London or the suburbs do no idea who is paying this - you’re being ripped off.

My beauty experience at this establishment was the worst I have ever had. The staff members were incredibly rude throughout my visit. Initially, I had an appointment scheduled with Kevin, but upon arrival, another lady started working on my nails without any explanation. Despite her careless work and frequent mistakes, I remained patient and politely asked her to fix them each time. Unfortunately, she responded with a terrible attitude and even mentioned refunding my money in an angry manner, seemingly upset for unknown reasons.When I approached the manager, Kevin, to show him the bumpy state of my nails, he insisted that there was nothing wrong, even though there was a noticeable excess of topcoat creating a significant bump. The lady continued to aggressively try to rectify the situation, and Kevin, in an incredibly rude manner, looked at me and raised his voice, questioning what the problem was. I informed him that she wanted to refund my money and was displaying a disrespectful attitude. He even went as far as denying that I had made any payment until the lady confirmed that I had indeed paid.Overall, I felt extremely unwelcome and received the worst possible customer experience. I have made the decision to never return to this establishment. It is clear to me that this is not the way to treat customers.

Lovely, welcoming, friendly staff who do a great job. Clean and inviting environment. They take their time to make sure everything regarding nail treatments are prefect and precise. Decent pricing. I haven’t used any of the other beauty treatments yet, but there’s nothing to say I wouldn’t in the future. Recommended.

Very disappointed and sad this place pulled a fast on me. told me i had overpaid because treatwell prices are MORE expensive so a french tip will not cost extra so they cancelled my appointment via treatwell so i got a refund, and asked me to pay cash sp they can give me £5 BACK. Low and behold they charged me MORE than we had agreed. i’ve complained to Treatwell. It’s not fair to treat customers this way

By far the best manicure/white tips I have ever had. Looks perfect and lasts and lasts..... my go to place for nails all day long

This is an amazing nail salon! They were very gentle and attentive with the manicure. They made sure I'm happy in every step of the nail art as well. I'm very happy with how my nails turned out and the overall experience was very calming. I wıll definitely be returning here and this is the first time I want to return to a nail salon in London - I tried many!

I have been going here for some time now. They do the best nails I’ve ever had in any country - the attention to detail is superb and my nails regularly last up to a month because they’re done properly to the very tip of the nail. I usually get BIAB with gel polish on top. The prices are very fair too. I will continue to visit!
