Ann is friendly, approachable. Very nice hotel, close to Town Centre but far enough away to be quiet. Ann is very friendly and accommodating. As me and my friend live in Wales we had been on the road since 3am and Ann made our room a priority so we could check in ASAP, she even offered to tumble dry my clothes after being in the rain all day so I didn't have to pack wet clothes!! Breakfast wasn't available at the time I stayed due to social distancing but Ann had teamed up with a local cafe that gave 10% discount if you mentioned the Hotel. Will definitely stay again next year and I 100% recommend staying here to anyone else. Thank you Ann, from Emma & Sarah

Really friendly place to stay and very clean. My room was very very cold and took me a long time to warm up. It was quite expensive considering you didn't get breakfast and I wasn't told that the breakfast wasn't available until that morning.

Ann is a wonderful host. She went out of her way to welcome us and meet all our requests. The rooms are spacious and spotless, beds comfy and location is very convenient to central Bangor and the seafront.

Seemed nice at first, guesthouse was basically empty. I was using the common areas for work but felt less and less welcome. The last straw was the owners son scowling at me through the window. Apparently I opened a window, all the other windows in the house were open when I arrived so I didn’t think cracking a window was a big deal. Stick to a chain, the employees are less likely to get weird on you.

Wow...wonderful place to stay...Room was spotlessTV with free view in our roomEn suite was clean and modernOur host Anne was so pleasant and friendly.Instead of a set down breakfast you were able to go to the dining area and avail of all the breakfast cereals etc self service style... Tea, coffee, bread, all kinds of everything provided.I wasn't sure about the idea at first but it's a fabulous way to have breakfast without the pressure of sit down times.Kitchen was open to guests and it had everything.Plates, cups and all cutlery provided.Laundry facilities were also available.A lovely lounge room to watch TV.Overall its a class place to stay, great location within 5 minute walk to the town centre and promenade.

Well what can I say!!!Ennislare House is brilliant. My husband and I stayed there for a break away and had a fabulous time. Our accommodation was clean, well laid out, comfortable, within walking distance to Bangor and has free parking for residents. The staff were polite and courteous and extremely helpful and attentive. The owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had use of a sitting room and also laundry facilities. We also had the use of a separate kitchen which had seating area, oven, fridge, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, kettle, microwave, sink, cutlery, glasses and crockery. We thought this was a wonderful idea as we could make something to eat if we wanted to and also could make up a picnicfor days out. It was great having the fridge to keep food and drinks in.In the room we also had an en-suite, hair dryer, television, wi-fi and tea and coffee making facilities. We will definitely be back at Ennislare House. We were made to feel so welcome by the owners and staff and it was like a home away from home. There are various types of rooms to cater for all and all are very reasonably priced.Thank you to Ann for being a great hostess. We will see you soon x
