I wish I had photos of my food, but this was one of those situations where it smells too good to wait. Tasted as good as it smelt as well, particularly the Chilli Milli Mogo! Massively recommended for vegetarians, vegans and frankly anyone who likes tasty Indian food.Gorgeous.

Padharo is a new restaurant in Southampton and offers Indian vegetarian and vegan dining. That is what mainly attracted me to visit the place.The interior is quite spacious and loved the decor. It is evident how care had been taken in the design which is modern but still had a nod to India - such as the bells hanging from the ceiling like they do in temples.The food as you can see in the pictures looked great and tastes great as well. We tried the masala Dosa, which I absolutely loved. I would highly recommend it. We also had butter naan which was warm and crispy and was perfect to have with Chana Masala as a main. I was also quite excited to find they offered Thums Up and Limca.I really appreciated their menu which was simple and sleek which is unlike a lot of Indian restaurants who flood their menus with so many items that it becomes hard to choose. I also liked how they offered some of the items as a starter or main - like the Chana Masala.The service is the only thing that they need to improve. The staff were welcoming and friendly , but need to be a little more professional in presentation. For example, presenting the bill in an enclosed booklet. Given it's a new restaurant, I think it's a learning curve for them as well so expect it to get better.In summary, it was lovely food in a nice atmosphere and I am looking forward to my next visit.

A really good Indian authentic food option right at the city centre in Southampton. The food was really amazing , slightly on the expensive side but the taste was authentic. Service was really slow, had to ask to be served drinks twice so maybe they could improve on that, not sure if that was due to weekend. Good selection of drinks and the menu has items such as Vada pav, Dabeli, Pav bhaji which is Indian street food not available anywhere else in the city.Hope this place continues to thrive!

My family and I visited Padharo a couple of times and have tried different dishes every time. They offer vegan/ vegan option or vegetarian and gluten-free meals. The food was really delicious and definitely worth the visit. We really love the mango lassi in a jug, and the mocktails are fabulous too. I would recommend Padharo to everyone who wants to try meat free Indian cruisine. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed this experience at PADHARO, it was the first time trying vegan Indian food and was amazing! The service, environment and food, just perfect! Really recommend it ☺️

Food was really tasty, it was our first visit to Padhara. Popadoms were really tasty. Recommend the house chaat and sakha chaat and the cheese dosa was really crispy too with lovely chutneys . Paneer Dosa was okay I found too peppery, we all found Temperature in restaurant was cold today, would have been better with warmer temperature as it would have made our evening more enjoyable as the doors don’t fully shut which customer had to keep closing. We will be returning soon !

Such a lovely restaurant with really fresh food made to order. Amazing flavours and so nice to have such a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. The seating is in a lovely glass conservatory and had a lovely atmosphere and the staff and all really lovely and friendly making us feel very welcome. We look forward to visiting again soon :)

I had an incredible experience yesterday at Padharo Indian restaurant with my friends. The ambiance was captivating and the food was simply out of this world. Every dish was prepared with utmost care, resulting in flavors that were both delectable and mouthwatering. I couldn't get enough of the amazing taste that each bite offered. The menu offers a variety of traditional Indian dishes that were bursting with authentic flavors. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable dining experience.

The ambiance was welcoming and the staff were friendly. This restaurant exceeded my expectations with its flavorful dishes, whether you're a vegetarian or not, this place offers a delightful dining experience that's satisfying and memorable. It would persuade one to keep coming every now and then for the food and ambiance. I would definitely recommend Padharo.
