I’ve been going to Ayaz Tyres for the past 3 years. Never had any problems. Purchase both second hand and brand new tyres from them with no hassle at all. Also had my wheel alignment done with them and it was spot on.I would highly recommend these guys if you’re in Romford or the surrounding areas. Scammers. Went for a single tyre change and bought a part worn tyre. They took mine with 3mm tread and replaced it with 2mm tread tyre for £35 and told me it’s got 4-5mm tread. Had it checked from another place and they told me it’s close to legal limit. I put my trust on them but shouldn’t have done so as they ripped me off. Never going back there and not recommended at all

All lies, I would never go back to you. I originally came to you for wheel alignment, but your son suggested I purchase 4 new tyres as my existing tyres were badly worn out. I 100% categorically purchased 4 new tyres. Which you did wheel balancing and then wheel alignment. You probably didn’t put it through the system for tax purposes, but I did purchase them from you.I did go back hoping that you’ll check the alignment again, but this never happened and you gave me a hard time about it. It was not 6 months after, lie after lie.To anyone reading this review, this is my honest and truthful experience, regardless of the business owner’s response.My first review below:They messed up my wheel balancing and alignment, will never go there again. My car now rides horribly!Your reply is full of lies, I am glad I haven’t gone back to you. Please update your system as it is also telling you lies. Not only did I did my wheel alignment, I also purchased 4 new tyres from you.I am an honest reviewer and do not make negative comments unless to warn other people about the service I received.

More than happy, came for wheel alignment and tyre replacement.The tyre they replaced was not good so I came back later, while on his lunch break the owner's son with a positive attitude offered happily to replace the tyre, his father even told him to offer me a brand new tyre at a discounted rate for the inconvenience, after having a terrible experince with F1 tyres, this guys improved the situation. Night and day difference in customer service and standard of work.I highly recommend to anyone looking for wheel alignment or decent tyres at respectable rate.Thank you for the great service
