Booked a 30min appointment. Treatment only lasted 15min. When I.asked about booking a 15min appointment in future. I was told no I could only book a 30min slot but that she could chat for 15min.As a pensioner trying to cut costs I dont think that this is acceptable.I would say however that the quality of the treatment is good.
