Worst ever company for money transfer.

Transferring money from many years and many times noted that system change exchange rates while transferring a bigger amount. Recently, made 2 transection and rate dropped approx. RS 5 per £ 1 for first big transection as I finished submission. Bit surprised as website still showing previous exchange rate and transfer was made RS 5 less than actual rate. On a second small transection, rate was not changed. I made a complaint and one senior associate confirmed that they never saw a big dip in exchange rate within seconds however they ask me to provide prof as screenshot of prior and after transection rates. I explained that I was not aware off that the system will do a fraud so I have to take a screenshot prior transection. However, you have my 2 transections within one minute and you can see a big gap in exchange rate. They keep me hold for 2 months and after couple of reminders they replied, as I have not provided screenshot prior and after transection therefore, we would not further investigate complaint.I would say this was fraud but in legal way so they can excuse and blame on system and rate fluctuation. I am writing this review as I want to warn other users to be careful while dealing with such a bad company.
