i dont deal wih this branch very often as I find it impersonal and not very helpfulI rang today t talk to somebody about a product on the refrigerationand was told there ws nobody there and the pipe guy said he didnt have a clue about any ref products and i should call another branchapparantly the massive office at Basildon had nobody in it who could helpthe company that was NRS used to be efficient and friendlybut as soon as they get under the WOLSELEY UMBRELLA they went down hillthe group is too big and unwieldyas well as expensive!!!

I am a local plumber who has been totally overcharged! Nice shiny branch, but not a good shopping experience. Pay attention to your customers and price things correctly.

Been a couple of times to this branch. Avoid it if you can unhelpful and avoid the She-man on the middle desk. Don’t know why Wolseley employ people with no knowledge. Unfortunately had to give one Star but I give it minus star.
