Silicon Valley Telford

I would give this a zero star. I had a bad experience in this shop where they sold me a broken phone and when I returned it the same day, they would not refund me my money. They tried to replace the phone with another one which was also broken and on returning it the same day still no refund was given. I now sit out of pocket with no new phone.

Had a few issues with a phone that was getting repaired fully fixed the issue to more then satisfactory with good customer service would recommend

I would highly recommend Silicon Valley to anyone based on my experience. My parents had an issue with their Ipad home button not working, I popped in as I was in Wellington to ask for advice and if this was something that could be fixed. I was assured that this could be fixed by a very pleasant young man who instilled confidence in me with his knowledge and professional approach. The part required was ordered in and as promised I was contacted to let me know the part was in. I took the Ipad in and was instantly recognised, which was nice. The repair was done very quickly and once again I was contacted as promised and when I went to collect it, the young man recognised me and proceeded to get the Ipad and talk me through the repair. Going forward if I have any issue with my Ipads / Phones I will not hesitate to take them in here for repair.

It was a great experience with Abdu the staff in silicon valley, my phone screen was broken, I tried many shops, I would say he was so sincere, understood my problem and give me the phone repaired very soon and good customer service. Thank you so much for this. It means really a lot. Great service keep going on

Absolutely fantastic service. Would highly recommend. A great, friendly and helpful guy who managed to repair my phone, when other companies wouldn’t even try.

When my headset wire got stuck in my xbox controller these guys were able too carefully take it apart order and replace a needing part and fix it within a decent timeframe!I've also today purchased a new mobile from here highly recommended!

It was very good they helped alot

Stood outside this shop in a cold wind for nearly an hour, sign on door said back in 30 mins, gave up and went home, unreliable!!!Update passed the shop twice recently mid morning, both times shut, people in shop opposite shrugged their shoulders when asked when the shop opened, so obviously dosen't need any trade.

Excellent service and knowledgeable help and adviseHe was patient, very helpful and did not make feel stupid as has happened in some high st phone providersYou dropped one point as I was unaware you were not open everyday, recommend you update or make a new fb page as from the looks of it, it was ser up prior to you and I cannot leave you a review on there
