An amazing club, been training here for a while and have never been to a better gym, the coaching is top class and facility is great too. Plus the other members are great to work with, there's a real team effort with everyone helping anyone.

As a woman walking in for your first class, it's easy to find some MMA gyms intimidating, SX is a friendly gym with plenty of beginner and experienced students.Whatever your experience level, their instructors are knowledgeable and make techniques easy to understand. The timetable offers a good mix of martial arts from BJJ through to boxing, everything under one roof.PAYG membership available but monthly memberships cover unlimited classes all the way through to one class a week - casual training. Those committed enough have the ability to compete in tournaments and MMA fights.

Took my younger brother for one session, the following day when i went to go for a second session i was informed that we was not allowed to train as there was a problem with my 8 year old brother and another child of his age. With no explanation as to what the issue was, i then attempted to join in on the boxing session (by myself) to then be told i was not allowed into the mma centre, after asking why i was told its because there is a problem with my family! I found this to be very discriminating and judgmental and wouldnt advise anyone who isnt white to go there as you may be treated unfairly

Expert martial arts coaching but in a friendly and welcoming environment. Offers MMA training as well as wrestling and Brazilian Brazilian jiu jitsu. Worth a visit.

I don't know what club Gritty gritz is talking about because the instructors at SX mma are 1st class and the team welcome anyone who just wants to train and as for the colour issue, I don't think he's seen the team.

Very welcoming group. Over the years I had the opportunity to train in different gyms in Europe, in my opinion this gym is run professionally and delivers a very good workout.

Amazing training space with amazing tutoring. Every session is top class I recommend anyone already in or thinking to start taking part in MMA should definitely give this place a go
