My Mini Cooper R56 was booked in for a service yesterday and completed this afternoon. From start to finish the service was impeccable as well as the professionalism from all staff. They are friendly and fixed my locking mechanism having checked the price with me first. They were recommended to me by Halfords and I would use them again.

Had some mot emergency welding done here. Only local repairers willing to do the work. Good job, reasonable price, took a week. Open very early, and till late, also Saturday morning. The boss is on site and a nice chap willing to help. Initially difficult to find and parking a problem. Go past the ambulance station.

I have all my cars m.o.t.s at this place, and have done so for the last ten years. They are very friendly and professional, and I have always felt that their prices are as good as their service - excellent.I recommend them to everyone , as a friendly local independent garage.

No good customer service! Booked an MOT a week before time, they promised to send a booking confirmation which wasn’t sent. Got to the garage at 9.20am and the young guy at the reception with no regards or respect told me that I was late for my appointment and cannot attend to me. When I was sure my appointment was booked for 9.30am. No evidence of the booking was provided! Time wasters! I have now done my MOT and will NEVER use JTT again!Am not sure you are the real owner of this business hence you don’t care about loosing customers with your unkind response to how I was treated this morning!! Your response has explained my experience with your service today.

Scammers... would give 0 stars but can't unfortunatelythey want to charge you £300 just to change the wheel bearings of only one back wheel on an old fiesta where several other garages quoted me only around 180! So yeah I think they are a bit desperate for money . Go somewhere else as this garage is way overpriced

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this placeUsed this place for my MOT on an 18 Y/O Honda Civic, needed the work done well and quickly. Work was done within 3/4 hours and at a very good price. Never have i had such an easy/good experience with a mechanic before.Special thanks to Dave who booked me in straight away and helped me understand what was wrong with my car even though i havent got a clue when it comes to cars.This will be my new garage for an MOT & any other issues i have.Thank you for getting me back on the road the same day! Over several days Dave and his team diligently worked to solve the issue I had with my Qashqai. Only replaced parts when they had to - taking the time to be sure. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.Just had the car MOT/serviced again and was impressed by their level of expert advice and flexibility in balancing what needed to be done with what could be done - knowing unexpected bills can be a challenge in this climate.
