Such lovely and professional staff. The building was very calming and my dog felt very at ease being there and being with the staff even though it was our first time at that branch. Staff seemed genuinely interested in my dog and the progress she has made in her weight loss journey and was nice for people to notice how hard we’ve worked to get my dog to a healthy weight in her life. Thank you so much, made having to get vaccinations nice and easy especially during these strange coronavirus times.

Last night we brought our collie in after he bin raided and ate some used sanitary products. We firstly called the team who checked with the vet and told us to come in. They induced vomiting and managed to retrieve all the sanitary products and he left with his tail wagging about 30 minutes after we arrived. He loves the vets and clearly still does despite his vomiting experience so thanks to everyone at the practice who made sure this dafty still likes coming to you. He was back to chucking toys around 30 minutes after getting home! And is back to right as rain.

If you are looking for hydropheriphie this is the place to go the hydropheripist I have is claire she is brilliant great at explaining what will be happening when your dog gets hydropheriphie she listens to you about your worries about your dogs illness my dog doesn't usually take to strangers but he took to claire you also come out of there feeling your dog was in great hands I even came out there with a more knowledge about Eddies illness and what I can do to help him at home my friend was with me and even she came out with ideas for her dog and her dog isn't even ill I felt claire gave 110% to me and Eddie we r booking a block of 5 with Claire even tho we have only had one session definitely go 2 healthy pets inglis hospital hill Dunfermline

Excellent service and incredible staff. Having nipped in for an emergency appointment, we were greeted promptly and a thorough examination was carried out. The staff are very knowledgable and informative, no part of the appointment was rushed. The prices are also very good.

Very friendly welcoming staff. They put your pet at ease from the start. I would recommend this place 100%.

I can't give more than 3. Stars as my dog was given a month to live two months ago the steroids he was given to make him more comfortable towards the end cured the non-lethal condition he had ‘Thank God we never went for the put him out of his misery option .

Very happy with fiona at hospital hill dunfermline, she always goes that extra mile for my dog, she thinks of the dog first and foremost. She will help you with anything that you are concerned about. Such a lovely lady.

Been taking my dog to hydro therapy here and staff explains in detail of his treatment and progress. They monitor everything for records and for better results. Well done.

Absolutely amazing staff that could see how nervous my dog was. They took their time with her and allowed her to relax and treatment started when she was ready. Amazing facility the hydrotherapy treatment. Couldn't thank them enough for their understanding and patience.
