I highly recommend Barbara. I have been seeing her for over 3 years and accupuncture helped me regulate my menstrual cycle and body temperature, so I no longer suffer from hot flushes during PMS. Barbara also helped with my sleeping issues and I no longer wake up several times at night as I did before. I noticed that for me, the positive effects of accupunture usually last 6 months so it's definitely worth trying and having regular sessions for longer lasting results.
