Placed order with Al Murad for Rustic Oak SPC Flooring - this was following a refund for tiles. Was told they were out of stock and would call other branches to check their stock. After calling to chase this up, got a call a week later confirming they have it in stock but I would need to pay extra as price had gone up, coincidentally, just that week. As a large business, it’s not unreasonable to expect them to notify customers of such changes particularly when taking additional actions to order stock in. Staff member I dealt with was very rude and lacking customer service skills. Their sly manner of bumping up a price without notice is pathetic. Won’t be shopping here again! Would rather pay the same price elsewhere for better service too!!!

Should’ve gone to Wickes an saved myself the hassle.Constantly being told, it’s just a franchise, that owns 3 of the 50.Went in to order tiles, when I’d chosen tiles that they’d said they had stock in abundance, get to checkout and they don’t have the ones I’d chosen, and instead decide to try an up sell tiles, at 3 times the price.Head to Leeds road, Huddersfield.Placed order. Arranging collection of tiles.When unpacking tiles, notice swirl marks, thay appear to be scratches on all the boxes.Call Bradford, as they’re closest, examine then tiles. And am told that they’re damaged and defected, and refer me to Huddersfield.Get to Huddersfield, and am told it’s not scratches and just glue.

Huge quantity of tiles with very good price. Massive show rooms upstairs.Brother called zakariya was lovely and soo helpful and polite spend 2300 with his recommendations so definitely recommend to any one. Thanks
