A very reliable honest little family business. I've used them for years. A tidy, clean garage with no flashy coffee served or big screen TV to give you the big dealership experience. Instead, they focus on providing competent car service and repair.They are not as expensive as a Ford main dealer and are much more thorough (one of our family's car was tied into main dealer service until recently and then missed service items and damaged fittings came to light subsequently). Yes, there are cheaper garages if you're not interested high standards and genuine customer service.Updated July 2023 (more than 2 years after my initial post): Still using MVS Daytona because they continue to provide sound and cost effective advice on replacement/service parts and repairs as well as high standard of workmanship. Patrick and his staff provide excellent customer service; a local business deserving of local support. Without them we'd be at the mercy of the likes of Kwak-Fit!

I had an emergency with a flat tire and found this garage service online. Patrick was extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. He was very friendly and professional, offering me several options to fix my tire.I opted for a new tire and Patrick went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and efficient. The quality of the tire provided was exceptional and I left feeling confident that my car was safe to drive. Overall, I highly recommend this garage service for excellent service and care for customers.

Can’t recommend Patrick and MVS Daytona highly enough. Although fully booked, they managed to fit in an emergency repair on my Vauxhall Astra, which had broken down whilst visiting my son in Leeds. They went above and beyond to return the car to me within the same day so that I could get back home to Devon. Amazing service and very reasonable pricing - sincere thanks for coming to the rescue.

Excellent service always ready to help. Used Daytona for years now and no grumble. Always seems to go that little bit extra... No wonder they're always choc a block with business!!!

My son has used this garage several times in the past and has always been full of praise for them, so, while staying at my son's for a few days and suddenly finding that the clutch on my car had ceased to work, I went up to see if they could help. Unsurprisingly they were fully booked up for the next two weeks, but suggested they had a quick look at it to at least find what the problem was. Unbelievably they not only found the problem but fixed it in less than a minute! (Seems it's a common problem with Vauxhall Corsas) Absolutely brilliant service, which they declined to take any payment for. My son was right!

Tried these guys out based on the rest of the reviews they have here and was not disappointed. Took my car to have my tyres checked (recently bought second hand) the day before I had a very long drive. They informed me one had fallen below the legal tread limit and needed replacing. Despite having no booking and them being in the middle of repainting the place, they ordered a new tyre and fitted it within the space of just a few hours with no attempt to upsell me and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back to them for future needs, thank you Paddy and the boys!

I had problems with my car yesterday, Patrick took the time even though he was really busy to do a thorougher look over what my problem was. I was really happy with the service, staff were friendly and trustworthy, as I have had a lot of untrustworthy mechanics in the past. I would recommend anyone to visit MVS Daytona Ltd.

I tried MVS for the first time after I needed urgent repairs on my car and was round the corner from the garage. Patrick went above and beyond to help me get the car fixed on the same day and at a fantastic price. I’ll definitely be going back to MVS for any future needs with my car & will recommend to others.
