Worst housing association. Not long moved here. They do not give a hoot about their tenants. Have to fight and argue with them to get anything done. Love my house and area. Shame who owns property for rent! Infuriating that when you call them, they hang up the call! Have an excuse for everything! Absolute joke if a housing association! I'd get blood out a stone quicker than they respond to you! £436.97 rent a month . And they don't do nothing for you. They claim they do! Everything is a fight to get things done! I had to fight to get rewired,as the electrics in property were dangerous.

Terrible housing association. ACHA don’t take complaints seriously and don’t care about putting residents in harm’s way. Zero principles. Zero duty of care. From the top down, communication is ineffectual, management is POOR. If I could give less than zero stars, I would.

Ineffective management, failure to adhere to organisations own policies, inadequate communication. I don’t recommend them as a social housing provider, there must be better housing associations out there. Avoid if you possibly can.

Very slow to do repairs, then waste money repairing things that need replaced
