While the price, quality or the carpet and fitting were all good, the customer service was terrible. Feels like you’re putting them out by even talking to them or trying to place an order. We were quoted incorrectly initially and when we came back to order, we were made to feel stupid and they didn’t even apologise for giving an incorrect price initially. If it hadn’t been for the fact we were in a rush to get the carpets in, I would have gone somewhere else.

Got priced for carpets said I would try else where and was told well if you find cheaper come back and we will match it or beat it. Saved about £300 on Franks Flooring quote never went back just give me your best price the first time.

Ordered herringbone floor, sold as a fitter laying it! He made excuses for 5 weeks then got a different fitter through Frank's!The price of the fitter was £130 more than quoted! We also had to go and buy 4 extra boxes of the laminate which the only store who had it was Stanforham Road!£133 extra! 2 boxes had to be returned and the original shop wouldn't take back for refund! Had to be the shop who sold it!Very Dissapointed in the service,

Went to buy a stair carpet and lino..Was given ruff quote as didn’t have exact measurements went home measured then rang benfield branch back up was given price, bartered a little was given price £48 all in went to pay then told another £70/80 on the day for fitter and £480 to pay now ..The guy I spoke with started getting argumentative and accused me of being argumentative in the shop which definitely was not the case! Told him he has just lost £500 saleI went else where got exact the same for £350 plus £70 fitting will not be using them ever again customer service disgusting.. prices are not great either..In happy X customer!

Called into Franks end of last week as had vinyl which we bought last year that needed fitting into a very small bathroom. Guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and gave me Marc's number - he and his colleague made a great job of fitting a couple of days later. Called in again today to buy some trim and once again very helpful service - would deffo recommend and return - many thanks

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this store. Decided to try Franks at Benfield Road for my daughters new carpets - salesman was spot on and couldn't do enough to help - however problems started when the fitters came - absolutely disgusting attitude, like they really didn't want to be here and we should be grateful that they showed up (sure one was called Sawyer)!! Left job - for no reason whatsoever and manager of the store - Warren - was just as bad. Terrible, couldn't care a less attitude and no customer service. Absolutely disgusted - if this is the way they are with decent paying customers they shouldn't be there !!

Be prepared to be mumbled at and feel like your putting people out! Lad I spoke to couldn't even be bothered to get up to speak to me just sat at his desk across the room rolling his eyes, when he eventually made a bit of effort to find what I was collecting (after I had to make a few phonecalls myself despite it not even being my problem) his minion out the back had the same communication skills! Mumbling over his shoulder, and point blank ignoring me half the time, Left them looking for the carpet as I drove away! Advised the lad who I was picking the carpet up for to go elsewhere! Honestly most ignorant bunch of blokes I've ever come across!

Booked for measuring and estimate, asked for morning if possible. By almost 3pm still nobody turned up. I rang to find out what was latest time I could expect them to arrive. After a call back was told there were 4 more jobs before mine so could they come on Monday instead? If I wanted Monday I would have booked Monday. Wasted my whole day, very poor customer service.
