We’ve just received our stunning sunbed from ecs! I’ll admit the 6 week wait was a bit worrying as there isn’t much contact but I called closer to and arranged the delivery to be in the time scale I was given. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful, friendly & polite. Elle & melanie answered all my questions and helped with extra advise on lotions. The guys who delivered the sunbed were absolutely brilliant, I didn’t catch the names but very friendly & helpful! Thank you very much.

Extremely disappointedWe have had issues with our beds since for over a month now, no matter how many times we email or call it’s impossible to get an engineer to fix the issue.The 12 month warranty is non existing so we have now had to go to another provider to fix what they are unwilling or unable to doThis is exactly the service they told me their competitors provide and how they was different. It’s all smoke and mirrorsI would never use ECS again

From start to finish this company are amazing. Friendly and helpful office staff and the delivery engineers were brilliant. Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️

Very pleased with the service received. Our original supplier had let us down with a repair job. I tried a couple of different places and didn't get a response. I found ECS and spoke to Ellie on live chat on Tuesday and our bed was fixed the next day!! I was also encouraged when i explained what the fault was Elie knew instantly what issue was and how to fix it. When I had contacted my original supplier the maintenance manager had no clue what the issue could be. Reasonably priced as well. Very very Happy.

What I can I say? After searching to get a commercial sun bed for months Ecs was the one .From start to finish Ecs was absolutely brilliant . From Elle who sorted everything out answered emails straight away , answered all questions and query’s straight away . The fitters came to fit the bed on the date I was given for install and they was also brilliant .Peter ,Rob , John . They was professional, polite and friendly . They went through everything that you need to know about how the bed works to maintaining it. I’d defiantly recommend if you’re thinking of getting a sun bed then try this company . So professional from start to finish . 10/10

SHOULD BE ZERO!If looking for a lease sunbed stay away from this company. They demand money upfront and in my scenario do not deliver. They do not communicate and always needing to chase. You are told originally you have a 'lead time' of 4-6 weeks. My first date was during this period after a very long process satisfying their needs. A couple of weeks later we needed to carry out some works to the room where the stand up bed was due to go, I asked the company if the money paid against stand up can either be moved to the lay down bed we were getting or if they can hold fire. Their director emailed saying I would lose the upfront rental but the installation would be moved across with the lay down bed. (this email was very clear, no mention of good will or other deflecting tactic).The week before my delivery/installation I tried to get clarification on the day of delivery. Kept being ignored and then eventually told on the Friday before that no longer happening and would now be 2 more weeks. Whilst frustrated - I waited. Again few days prior tried to get an date - again given a different excuse. Now to wait several more weeks - again I waited (like a fool). Got close to this new date to then be told again not going to happen. Was suggested by member of their staff for a refunded. Upon agreeing - they started to argue about amounts and to date have refused to fully refund. They wont put any contract in company names, only personal names. I have no very reluctantly had to threaten with legal action. Their response is they dont issue refunds etc etc. The transfer of money out of good will and my fault for cancelling!Genuinely one of the most rude companies I have ever dealt with.They do not take any responsibility what so ever. It is either a third party or you own fault. Extremely bizarre.Staff that I have dealt with here include Mel, Shirley (the owner) and Elle. All very rude. I would upload images of the message and emails to show the tone and sheer disregard for any form of customer service. They will take your money, not fulfil their contractual obligations and try to blame you!

Avoid! Should be 0 stars.Very rude, arrogant and patronising staff.Gave us the oldest sunbeds possible, not worth anywhere near the rental they charge for them. We lost lots of customers due to these beds.Wouldn’t retube them when needed.How this company is still trading I don’t know, shocking.

Please please please STAY AWAY from this company. Don’t make the same mistake i did. Rented 2 laydowns from them since feb and can finally say im glad to have rid of them. They are liars, manipulating, very unprofessional, customer service is terrible. I could honestly write a book about this company, from start to finish they have caused nothing but hassle. The beds are old and terrible, they will give you the worst cheapest tubes for their financial benefit. Your customers will not tan, and they will not come and change tubes. Had our beds 10 months without a retube, if theres a problem with your bed they will blame you and try make you pay.This is my second time writing a review as i have now got rid, i left a review a few months back whilst still renting the beds and they black mailed me and threatened to come and take the beds away unless i deleted the review.I could honestly write pages about this company, whatever you do. DO NOT GO WITH ECS
