Really disappointed and rather upset. The server 'Chloe' didn't even acknowledged my partner and myself. She just scanned our takeaway drinks and couldn't be bothered to say a simple 'thank you'.To make the experience worse was another employee 'Jess' who had a unhygienic habit of nail biting (in full view of customers). It was disgusting seeing her have fingers in her mouth and then touch a sandwich without washing her hands. Seriously!?!A bad experience that realistically shouldn't have occurred in the first place.I recommend to stay clear of this place.

Nice coffee, friendly service. Two people came in not wearing masks. Staff didn't say anything. Let's hope they are not covid positive.

It's ok.. It looks like a franchise so you get the benefit of them selling other products like Ben and Jerry's but the downside is you can't collect points and service is... Ok. But they do say you can hold onto the recipts and go to another Costa to get the points added on.

TODAY Sunday 15th May 2022 15.20pm.Absolutely woeful SERVICE the worst service I’ve ever had.They had two customers in there with five staff one was making a cappuccino for the other customer in the shop so I waited and waited to pay for a bottle of water and walked out.One of the staff was eating Behind the counter the other one was just walking around and another one was putting out the cake on the counter front.They couldn’t care.

Received possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had yesterday by Jake and accompanied by Ethan. Jakes service was stand out, extremely friendly and happy and made the best gingerbread hot chocolate! A very nice experience after a long day for me

Staff not interested in service, 3 staffs, only me queening for coffee, took them 10 min to make one cup of cupuccino , between that, they made 3 cups of coffee for people who paid and queening after me! Btw, their sandwiches are not fresh, overpriced too!!big disappointment, I assume they don't care that much, as it's party of world of golf, the people came here practice golf has no other options...

1 of the staff (tall blonde woman) had no customer service and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to be ordering from her. Fortunately the other lady was very polite and made me feel like a valued customer.
