I was looking for a really sturdy LARGE box that I knew my art would be safe in when travelling from the UK to Austria and I couldn't have felt better about sending it in a Transart box. My painting was one meter square and it arrived quickly and safely with my client after going through customs. Guy was really easy to talk to and helped me with everything. Essentially all I had to do was pay for the box and put my painting in the box ... The rest was covered!Would 100% recommend this service

Transart Box shipped my artwork from London to Singapore. Extremely friendly, personal and helpful every step of the way. Nothing seemed hard work including document management. Guy even helped with making phone calls to make sure my paperwork was reprinted and more legible. Amazing and very helpful service. I used to find shipping artworks extremely stressful, but this has completely changed my perspective. The packing was incredibly safe and secure and I found the whole process from start to finish very easy, and stress free. I can highly recommend this company.

Great customer service , excellently strong box, - I got the small bare box with foam lining and extra plywood liner nicely designed and fit for purpose for my fine art canvas and supplementary prints. My buyer was pleased as he particularly wanted to ensure no damage in transit when it was sent by courier but mentioned the plywood liners were probably overkill as the box is so strong. He said he is keeping it the lovely plywood and box himself as an extra bonus! Nice one Transart - that added so much to the transaction with my client.

Innovative product and great service. The pre-built boxes really fill a gap in the market for affordable art shipping. I sent two pieces to New Zealand from the UK in the boxes and they arrived safely. Boxes arrived very quickly with me after my order and I got a follow-up call to make sure all was well. Highly recommended.
