(Updated review 20th September 2023)Having relocated back inside Frasers in Intu Chapelfield, the GAME store is better than ever with a fresh coat of paint, new layout, and the return of BELONG.This newly updated store boasts a wide range of new and current releases on all major consoles and other merchandise spanning from trading cards, plushes, gift cards, and more.The new layout is a much needed refresh with a more spacious store floor and aisles, making it easier and more comfortable to browse.A new modern GAME Store is truly complete with the long awaited and welcomed return of the BELONG Game Arena from the original Back of the Inns Store. Offering Gamers an area to play a catalogue of Games spanning from modern consoles and PCs all for a reasonable value, I am sure to be a regular visitor of BELONG.GAME still offer fantastic deals and customer service as they always have for the many years I have shopped with them. It is great to get into friendly conversations with the team about recent and upcoming releases. The Elite membership is still a great value for money as you receive bonus points and incentives to redeem in store for discounts and exclusives, regular visitors like myself value from this.I will continue to visit GAME and support the fantastic team of Norwich as I have done for many years.I'm looking forward to seeing this new store evolve further.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently moved back into Frasers/Sports Direct. Great new space with wide range of products, awesome gaming arran and friendly staff.

Staff were not helpful when returning a product which did not work made to feel like it your fault

I went in today to talk to one of the management team with regards to my 14yr old son being allowed to put a deposit, making a financial commitment to purchase a game on its release date. The lady I talked to said and I quote “yeah yeah that’s fine by me”. As a parent it is not fine by me that my son has been allowed to put a deposit on an item that will only be held for 48hours. It may only be £2 but to me a child should not be allowed to put deposits on items. I work in retail so know that this lady is in desperate need of complaints handling training.
