Asked for plain chicken wrap, I received the spiciest chicken I’ve ever had and my chips were cold and hard. I collected so didn’t know till I got home. First and last time I’ll go there

The food was vile I've been ill for 2 days, ruined Eid for me never felt this sick in my life its absolutely horrendous. The biggest regret of my life. Unless you you want to end up sick I'd strongly advise anyone not to got there.

I ordered food it was absolutely disgusting was meant to be plain chicken strips, it was oiley, plastic and undercooked literally raw there were loads of spice I didn’t even ask for, the chips were dry, tasteless and also yet again in edible, we rang the place and spoke to a member of staff about this concern of the chicken being undercooked and they didn’t care at all they were rude and not professional at all, literally laughed in our faces about this distressing concern. I will never order from this place again and no one else should for the price also it was revolting and we’re all hoping we’re not gonna be ill from the raw, abysmal food.

I don’t normally post reviews but this was absolutely disgusting and I’m trying to prevent people from wasting their money. The burger was like a burger from a van but priced at £10 and it was vile. The chicken was actually inedible, it was only just cooked, slimy and covered in an excessive amount of spice to a point where we couldn’t even swallow it. The chips were like cardboard, they were named “Peri peri” chips, they were the most disgusting chips i’ve ever consumed, no seasoning, like cardboard. Everything was grim- the only good thing was the ketchup and that was from my cupboard. Genuinely think you could stick a group of year 1’s into a kitchen and they’d give you better food than whatever this was.

Ordered a meat feast pizza through Justeat and it was delicious! The flavours were great and generous toppings. The base was extremely tasty as well. Sent us off with two dips as well. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

Horrible service been a customer for along time was surprised when I called to get assistance and on my order on Uber eats and they didn’t bother helping and and hang up the phone on me and it came late never coming here again

I’d have given a 0 star if I could but wanted to voice my review, Absolutely will NOT be ordering from this place again. Our order was completely wrong but other than compensate us we got a load of rubbish down the phone, the worst customer service goes it this place. False advertisement on just eat but they are adamant they are the ones correct, they clearly don’t understand the difference between donner kebab and donner meat. We also ordered medium chips with our order we got about 5 chips so wouldn’t like to see what small chips would have came like. £15 for a few chips and donner meat which you couldn’t tell the difference between that or cardboard. Would not recommend to anybody.
