The Nest Day Nursery Seven Dials-Brighton station

Our (now two year old) daughter has been at The Nest for just over a year, and has truly thrived. The staff are wonderful, they know each child so well and we as parents are kept in the loop daily about what they're all up to.The range of activities and stimulation is great, I'm endlessly impressed with the work that The Nest do; highly recommended!

I needed a nursery for my daughter at the end of the first lockdown. I've checked and visited 5 nurseries but this one made the best impression and what's on the website was exactly what I've seen there. So my daughter started going there at the age of 11 months and settled super quickly. She loves it and I am so happy to see her progress every day. The staff are very kind and dedicated. They look after the kids so well. I am always happy and relaxed when I leave her there every morning knowing that she will have a day full of fun, learning through exploration and games, healthy meals ams simply the best care. I truly recommend The nest and saying a massive Thank you to the whole team!

The Nest is a brilliant nursery with highly qualified and caring staff. My son has been there for over a year now and has flourished- learning to better communicate with Makaton and language development, being free to express himself through play, art and music, trying new foods and forming strong bonds with staff and fellow children. We get a run down at the end of each day and some great pictures and updates through the online platform, also highlighting different developmental achievements. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our daughters have thrived since joining The Nest, they love their days at nursery and are visibly happy to be being dropped off to their key workers.From the start, the team have been really reassuring giving us fantastic updates via the app. I have valued these immensely. After returning to work after a year of being with them full time, this has really put my mind at ease knowing they are having so much fun and eating things they won't eat for us!!Our girls are so happy there that if we make the mistake of walking the nursery route on a non-nursery day without going in they get very cross!

The nest at seven dials is a beautifully run nursery. The caring staff have created a loving environment with home from home feel.My little boy settled in very quickly and the staff were extremely accommodating to his needs and my worries. Everyday he comes home beaming with happiness and exhausted from his wonderful day of fun and learning.

My son had a nice time in the nursery when he was attending and his key workers were brilliant. In a short time though we found better job prospects in a different city so we decided with my partner to relocate. That happened 6 months ago. Still to this day after countless emails and back and forth communication I have not received my deposit. I have not done anything wrong and I do not believe I deserve to be ignored at this scale… six months of ignoring emails and calls… Such a shame!By the way I have sent all my bank details to the deputy on the 21st of March 2022 and I have the email that says so.

Our daughter joined The Nest in 2020 and we were fortunate enough to have a look around before COVID. We had fantastic settle sessions and she has enjoyed every minute since day 1 without looking back. The staff are great, so warm and caring and dedicated and interested in our daughters development. Now she’s older she’s learning so much, constantly coming home with new skills and words, all thanks to the staff. Speaking to friends in Brighton and close by, I think the day rates are really decent, especially given everything that’s included from meals to nappies to suncream. Super happy and continue to recommend this setting for other babes in Hanover!

We've been using this nursery for the past year and a bit and have been really happy with Debbie and her team. The staff are caring, attentive and supportive of the children and they take an interest in their development but more importantly, their well-being. The nursery provides a pescatarian menu and children often get involved in preparing their food in order to learn about it. They also have different activities going on (such as Music with Mike) where the children learn about musical instruments or other things. There is a forest school club within the nursery and even though my daughter doesn't attend it, she has mentioned it a few times as she learns from her friends. The staff use various educational philosophies such as Montessori, Steiner and child lead learning to provide the children with engaging and informative activities based on their interests. Children are encouraged to be independent and express their feelings and when they feel distraught, staff are very receptive to the children's emotions and offer a solution as well as emotional support.I would definitely recommend The Nest as it has provided us with a friendly and respectful experience of childcare which is very important.

We had a wonderful experience with this nursery. My little son started in the Robins room, when he was two, and then moved to the Swallow when he turned three. In both cases, he had really enjoyed his time there. The nursery offers a very friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a rich variety of stimulating activities for the children.The staff are highly qualified and genuinely care about the children. In fact, I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery staff that my son had while he was with the Swallow. They have been amazing under so many aspects, and I could see that he developed a real bond with them: they really were like a second family to him. My little boy really flourished during his time there, and I was particularly impressed by the way how the practitioners got to know each child very well, and were genuinely caring and enjoying about their progresses
