Burgers, Wings & Ribs - Ipswich, Suffolk

(Ordered through Deliveroo - 7.3.2021)Really earned the five stars. Porky Blinder burger with Frazzle crisps is a work of genius. Ribs well seasoned really tender. Went for the Dirty Fries and some portions of skin on fries, both delicious. Only downside was they missed one order of fries from the order, but there was still enough to go around.

The food here is fantastic, usually. The menu is packed with so many great options and high quality. The portions are generous. The app is great and easy to use. The cooking time is fast. The table layout is great.Only two areas let it down. First, the pub it shares space with has a dog and I had to spend time picking a table that didn't have poo underneath it or that I could smell when I ate. Pub needs to take more care and responsibility.Second, I think they microwaved my fried chicken burger. The rest of the food was fresh but the middle of the burger had a section that was super dry and tough like leather. That's only happens to me when I microwave something poorly.

Won’t be using deliveroo anymore, food was cold & inedible. As for BR&W used to be great at duke st ( Ipswich ) but the quality is absolutely terrible now - not to mention my order was not full - missing £11.95 Ribs - called up & they gave me lip service - blagged me off & I never got my Ribs - Nah

Ordered from Uber eats waited 1 hour 30mm a when it said 25-45 mins. Kept trying to get an update but the restaurant number on Uber eats goes to some gentleman who said not to call him and call bar 21!!! Terrible service

Absolutely shocking service tonight. Ordered nice and early at 5:30pm as a treat for me and my 9 yr old boy as I thought we would order a dessert after. Well, after an 1hr 30m waiting for 2 fairly simple burgers and 2 basic fries I called to see what was going on, but co-incidentally and conveniently my order had just been sent out, person on the phone didnt sound overly bothered or offer any real apology and said that heavy traffic was to blame apparently, even though other family had no trouble in the area. Our dinner finally arrived 1hr 50 mins after placing the order. Customer service seems to be truely lacking with BWR I'm afraid. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here 7 times now and each time the food has been incredible. At first I was a bit sceptical at the ultimate filthy fries being £15 but it was absolutely worth it and it's what I order every time. Would highly recommend. The portion sizes are huge, great value for money and their meat is so well cooked it slides right off the bone.Delivery times can be long but have always been given an update, it has arrived hot every time and is worth the wait.

Ordered via Uber eats and, despite paying for priority delivery, food was cold and fries were a soggy mess. Awful packaging for fries, they didn’t stand a chance. Chicken tenders were disgusting, suspect they were frozen from a supermarket. Buffalo chicken thighs were dry AF. The £3.99 cheeseburger, however, was excellent. Go figure. Uber eats not responding to complaint, maybe BW&R will.

Placed an order for collection for 2 burgers and sharing nachos. Nothing to complain about the service and speed but the quality of the food was poor. The burgers were nothing special for the price and the nachos were awful. We’d gone for nachos with chicken and bacon, the chicken had gristle in most bites as well as 2 chunks of skin/off cut which were vile. The nachos themself were also thick and powdery and not pleasant. Ended up binning them which was a shame! Unfortunately won’t be returning.
