I cant recommend Simon enough, he was the fastest response to my wedding dace 'crisis' and I couldn't be happier with the result. He came to our house for several lessons (I have a 3 yo and am 9 months pregnant at time of last lesson so hes really accommodated our needs), hes worked with 4 left feet, no idea how to dance - and with such patience! Thanks to Swing Dance UK and Simon, we are looking forward to the dance on our wedding day instead of trying to work out how to get out of it!

I discovered Simon and Anna during the lockdown and I find every single lesson so useful. They are both great teacher with lot of experience and give you very good advices to improve as a dancer. I will surely have other lessons with them!

An absolutely brilliant first lesson with Simon at the SwingDanceUK studio in Ruislip! In just a few hours I learned some important fundamentals of Lindy Hop and also had a lot of fun putting it into practice. Simon is a font of all dance knowledge and an excellent teacher. I booked a block of five lessons and I'm so looking forward to the next.

I can't recommend Simon and Anna's teaching highly enough. They are both friendly and approachable, as well as being thoroughly professional, in every event they lead. They maintain the highest standard in all areas of swing dance, whilst also making absolute beginners feel welcome - often taking the time and trouble to give personal feedback or encouragement. Swing Dance UK social events are invariably top quality and well organised - they are also well attended by dancers at every level of experience. I learned to lindy hop with SDUK 5 years ago and have remained a big fan ever since.

Simon was excellent. He and he partner provided a professional service and brought so much fun to our party. He is a brilliant entertainer and knows how to make a party go with a swing! I can highly recommend Swingdance UK

The scoundrels down at Cahoots absolutely love working with Swing Dance UK. Hosting an event with them i know will be both organised and professional. They know how to host a damn good swing dance party! Their instructions are easy and fun to follow for beginners and during lesson rest times you'll never find them sitting, they will always be trying their utmost to get novices up dancing and practising. Always a fun night with Simon, Anna and their team.

Great private classes.We have been dancing for a while now but with kids and covid I think we’d got into a dance rut. Simon was great, asked us what we wanted to work on but had some suggestions too that have massively helped our styling and enjoyment whilst dancing.We were mainly focusing on connection and swing outs but I’m sure anything would work really well; fast tracking yourself if you are a beginner or more complex moves if your reasonably good.I really love Simon’s energy, he’s calm and thoughtful but also really motivated to get the best out of you. Just a lovely guy with a lot of talent for dance and teaching.Thank you so much, we’ll definitely book again soon once we’ve bedded in the learnings from the last session.

We met Simon and Anna at the Tuesday lindy hop classes, and as we had so much fun, we asked Simon to help us with our wedding dance coreography. He not only taught us a coreography that we enjoyed and were comfortable with, he also explained how to lead and follow better, which led us to be better dancers. We are really happy that with Simon’s help, we learned how to dance together seamlessly, and can do so to any music on an occasion.

Amazing afternoon with Simon, definitely the best birthday ever. All my guests they were very happy even the one promise to have to left feet, end it dancing and enjoy. Everybody would like to repeat.

Well pleased with Simon’s and Anna’s dance lessons and their friendly, helpful, fun, loving, passionate and bubbly approach to their classes.I would highly recommend them as their lesson was easy to follow, fun and it broke the ice and made people get to know more lovely people.Thank you so much as your lesson was one of the highlights of my wedding.
