Don’t think I’ve ever came out of this store with something in my hand. Don’t even know why the workers bother going to check if something is in stock, because it won’t be. Advice - Walk past this store like it’s not there…

Disappointing customer service. I went to the Craigavon store today at Rushmere to buy a new oven. I was there just after noon and the shop was pretty quiet. I spent about 20 minutes looking at various ovens. There were no staff around to help me. I stood on for a while comparing different ovens but still couldn’t see any staff to help, so I left. On my way out however I walked past 4 members of Curry’s staff all standing chatting at the front of the shop. Not good enough.

I went into the Craigavon store yes with the intentions of buying a new phone. I had 1 picked out but unfortunately there wasn't any staff about to help me. There was 2 other customers waiting also, there was 1 lad walking about getting something for a customer and when I ask him for help he said the fella that deals with the phones had just went on his break and wouldn't be back for 15 to 20 minutes. I ask was there no one else that could deal with it and he said NO he was the only 1 that dealt with the phones. Well I thought if those other 2 people are waiting on him and by the time he would get back and deal with them I would have to wait the most off an hour. So I just said well you have lost a sale and said I would go to Argos, the lads comment was well then go to Argos. No manners what so ever. Typical lad. And he done me a favour as I got the same phone cheaper in Argos. Very dissapointed customer

Went in the Craigavon store, asked young lad was he free, walked straight past me and then decided to half turn his head and said no! Other two young girls walking about chatting about their weekend not even interested in asking did I need help .......I had to follow them round until I finally got their attention, hire decent staff that actually take an interest in their jobs and have good customer service as this lot don't!!!!!!!

Came into this store looking for a specific laptop, was advised on a more up to date version still within my price range. Received the best customer service by Nicole, couldn't thank her enough for her help and friendliness

Reached my breaking point in the Craigavon Currys. Waited for ages at the return isle, for no staff member to come and help me. This place is a complete joke. Don't bother returning nothing opened either, chances are, you won't get it refunded due to the store losing out on money. For a place that makes millions, I am sure £600 won't make a dent in their profits. Don't recommend.

Every day same 2 problems in this store, poor customer service, you need waiting minimum 20min something help you. And doesn't matter what do you want to buy, everything must be ordered, because nothing have in store...

Best tech shop you can get. Bought a TV last week and the price was great.Staff are excellent they are very friendly and knowledgeable.Was helped by Nelson.Nelson was a great help.Much better than Argos.

This store is a joke. The staff are always chatting with each other and don't pay any attention to the customers. I never get any help or guidance when I shop there. It makes no difference if the place is crowded or empty, they act like they have better things to do. Don't bother going there if you want good service. Try Argos next door instead or go to the one in Lisburn, it's usually better.

Not only did I go for a toaster that i didnt get, the customer service was terrible, i asked a man if he could show me the toasters but no he took me straight to the washing machines!! I would give this a zero but i cant, not recommended
