Absolutely brilliant florists! I emailed them to order a bouquet and 5 button holes for my wedding day in London (which I was organising from the Midlands). We exchanged a few emails and they made the whole thing hassle free. I sent a couple of inspiration photos for the bouquet and it turned out Berger than I could have imagined.If you want a reliable service and beautiful flowers, I would highly recommend.

Honestly had the best experience with the man that served me and my friend loved the flowers he put together!Update: Michael made a bouquet based off a reference photo and it honestly 10 times better. I’ve been here 3 times for flowers and they always deliver!

Angela was incredibly helpful with creating a bespoke bouquet of flowers for me. I had an example photo and she exceeded my expectations. Absolutely loved the flowers!! Will be back in future!

Today was only my second visit here and another great experience. The lady (I should have asked her name) remembered me from six weeks ago - I’m already a local - nice touch!A very attractive shop with a great choice of flowers. Great customer service - would definitely recommend.

I got the flowers for my civil partnership from Titania's Garden. They were beautiful and the communication was great. I especially loved popping into the store with my mum to play around with the bouquet and get it just right for me. I was delighted with them on the day. Thank you Angela!

Excellent florist. Beautiful selection of flowers. They made up a wonderful 'wild' bouquet on the spot for my gf birthday.Not cheap but exceptional value for money.Lovely people too!

Such a lovely florist! So helpful making a huge bespoke bouquet for me to pick up later that day! It’s was better than I could have imagined and the flowers themselves have lasted for about a month, such great value for money!!!!! Will definitely be my go to florist in London x

Bought a bouquet for my partner’s graduation ceremony today and it turns out amazing! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The selection of flowers are nice and fresh. Would definitely visit again! Highly recommend.

Ordered The Landmark bouquet via Floom at 1pm, the florist called after 4pm to say they had only received the order at 3pm and wouldn’t be able to fulfil it same day as they close at 5pm. Super disappointed as the flowers needed to arrive today. I could have used a different florist if I had known earlier. When I called them back I was asked to hold to speak with the manager re a refund as she was on a call however the line then cut-off. Unfortunately nobody has called me back. I contacted Floom directly who were prompt with their response to advise they are looking into it but all round disappointing I’m afraid.
